You’ll be part of a team producing precision components used in a very complex device designed to save lives.
These components are produced on highly advanced CNC machines and you will be responsible for their preparation before and during the anodising process
You’ll be running a series of rumbling and vibrating deburring machines, checking components against engineering drawings and then transfering the components to the anodising process
Some components require masking to protect surfaces from the chemicals used
You’ll need commercial experience in abrasive cleaning, deburring, anodising or plating, demonstrating safety knowledge in the handling of hazardous chemicals
There’s lot of available overtime on 2 shifts 8-45pm Monday to Friday OR a rotating early 6am-2pm and 1.45pm-10pm shift pattern if preferred (the shift option comes with a 20% pay uplift) in this very clean and modern factory
