Automotive Repair Methods Analyst

Vehicles are becoming more complex, with many safety systems fitted as standard, it is essential that every repair or replacement is aligned to the OEM repair methods. As more new vehicles are fitted with systems like ADAS as standard and technologies, like Head Up Display (HUD), augmented reality and other sensors entering the market constantly, the act of repairing, replacing, recalibrating, and resetting correctly becomes ever more essential to maintain the safety of the vehicle driver, passengers, and other road users.

The role will constantly monitor all Global, relevant OEM methods for processes, procedures and technology needed by a technician to repair or replace a part and recalibrate or reset systems.

This opportunity will be operating as the Global go-to expert on Repair Methods, highlighting commercial opportunities to capitalise on, steering Technical departments on Tools, Materials and Process’s.

Must have degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science. Written analysis and numerical analysis experience in research application, software skills to scavenge data from websites / documentation for key data.

Experience

* Minimum of three years in a role involving analyzing, interpreting, and reporting on data driven projects
* Working in the automotive or Automotive related technology sectors
* Working with vehicle repair methods OEM standards, or governing body standards FIA etc.

Knowledge of:

* Excel/Tableau
* PowerPoint
