Designer (Web) – working with Web Developer, designing a number of web experiences, creating AB tests to be developed by our Optimisation Developer. Taking input from the Digital Customer Experience Manager and wider business units creating, exciting new web experiences. Excellent social and communication skills in verbal and written are key to this role, a background of working with Charity organisations will also be taken into consideration.
Summary & Responsibilities
The Designer will be responsible for turning designs and requirements from the testing roadmap into AB tests running on our different websites.
Define use cases, UX requirements, wireframes and interactive prototypes
Deliver final user interface (UI) designs and detailed design specifications
Use data-driven approaches to design decisions and research to deliver proven ROI
Identify innovative opportunities to grow the brand and create experiences that improve the lives of our customers
Ability to deliver presentations and design work to internal team and business units
Integrate usability best practices and process into business, research and design processes
Your Background
Essential
* Strong understanding of design and assocaited tools such as Adobe Photoshop
* Proficient understanding of wireframing process
* Good understanding of web design concepts
* Ability to communicate with different business units, understanding their feedback for designs
* Experience turning requests into customer experiences
* Understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
* Experience of an AB testing tool
* A degree in Website Design or a related field
This role can be based at our office near Runnymede, Surrey or Remote from home office with as required office days. Must be commutable distance to the office and UK resident for your application to be considered.
