Managing a team of dummies is usually hideous but this great.

These dummies can be shouted at, called silly names, left locked up in rooms alone for hours and put through a range of unpleasant tests. And you’ll never get into trouble with HR.

They’re also called mannequins and are packed with advanced electronic instruments to measure important parameters such as stress, inertia, shock and vibration exerted when ejected from an aircraft in an emergency

You’ll be designing and planning a series of complex tests by leading a team of electronics engineers and feedback into the design loop to ensure advanced escape equipment works effectively to save a life in a real emergency

A background in managing small test teams is preferred as is a technical knowledge of complex test environments utilising electronics and data capture instruments.

Interested but CV not ready? No problem,, just call, text, email or WhatsApp me – I’ll always get back to you
