current electrical or mechancial qualification

Strong engineering background as Maintenance Manager

High degree of pragmatic intellect

People management/supervisory experience

Experience of with working with contractors in line with legislation/guidelines

Working experience and practical application of health and safety within a manufacturing environment e.g. risk assessment
