You’ll be managing a team of 20 highly skilled assembly staff producing a range of precision mechanisms used in aircraft applications

Your people management skills will be utilised in ensuring KPi metrics are met including production targets, quality standards and Continuous Improvement measures

A background in coaching, mentoring, skills development, performance improvement, recruitment, appraisals, reviews and disciplinary processes are vital

In return, you’ll be part of a team producing equipment that saves at least 25 lives a year around the world
