Your leadership skills will be utilised in managing a team of highly skilled assemblers, engineers and technicians in the production of highly complex aerospace equipment

You will be planning, allocating and monitoring the work load across the assembly area ensuring production and quality targets are achieved

Reporting to senior managers, you will undertake root cause analysis of production problems and formulate corrective actions

You’ll need a background in an engineering or technical production environment combined with strong people management skills including appraisals, training plans and performance improvement initiatives

To reflect this, you need a technical or engineering qualification to HNC, HND or degree standard
