Across busy precision manufacturing cells, problems occur which disrupt and delay production activities – Your task will be to solve these problems

You’ve probably completed an engineering apprenticeship, have substantial shop floor manufacturing experience and are looking to use this to make this factory better, faster, safer and more efficient

You’ll need some knowledge across fabrication, CNC & manual machining, welding, tooling, jigs & fixtures and quality control

Lastly, strong communication skills to influence the production planning management team, suppliers and manufacturing team leaders
