Meanwhile, you’ll also undertake demand and capacity analysis across this large department so they can absorb greater productivity, more complex testing and be better placed to develop their expertise
A background in managing technical people is vital as is a knowledge in driving change, Continuous Improvement, budget reviews and cost controls
