You’ll need a good knowledge of JavaScript, Optimizely, JQuery, web mark-up, AB testing tools, HTML5 and CSS3

If you know about asynchronous request handling, partial page updates and AJAX so much the better.

Oh yeah, you might have to fly out to some of their US and European offices too.
