Maintenance Repair Overhaul, MRO Manager in the Product and Engineering Support department within Southeast of UK – Fast Jets .

The MRO Manager will lead the complete Global MRO Team . The individual must have knowledge of general aircraft maintenance and environmental processes ( FOD control, tool control, health & safety & COSHH ).

The MRO Manager must be experienced in the maintenance, modification and repair of aircraft, and aircraft components. Previous experience in leadership, supervision and control of technical staff is essential and necessary.

The role requires an individual with good communication skills, with the ability to distribute and sequence technical work requirements to their MRO Team, controlling demanding workloads, whilst delivering to a high standard, and maintaining schedule.

The MRO Manager is required to understand and interpret technical documents, drawings, and associated publications . The MRO Manager must be able to work under minimal supervision with limited direction.

The MRO Team will be required to meet all standards required by the CAA and / or the MAA as defined in (EASA) Part 145 . Essential that the MRO Manager and MRO Team follow pre- determined Maintenance procedures and all work meets airworthiness and workmanship as expected by procedures.

Candidate should be at Degree level with extensive experience in Aerospace Defence Maintenance and Environmental processes (FOD control, tool control). Also, current knowledge and awareness of H&S policies and procedures, and COSHH.

Persons for Forces background would be well suited to this work, environment, and technology!

Candidates will require UK Defence clearance and be required to have held a UK Passport and residency in UK for a minimum of 10 years , to be considered and eligible for consideration.
